This process not only aids in the identification of top candidates, but also provides candidates with a one-of-a-kind, a hassle-free interactive application process that eliminates the stress and anxiety associated with an in-person interview.
At Shortlist, the Voice Assessment module was an important part of a candidate's application process. It enabled recruiters to gain a better understanding of candidates' thought processes and conversational skills, as well as ensure that they don't overlook the softer aspects of a candidate's profile.
